Customers who have chosen our shop will soon be able to check on the status of their vehicle complete with photographs from any internet connection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! As your repair progresses, we will be able to update you whenever there is a development in your vehicle's repair status vie e-mail or even text message direct to your cell phone! Send and receive instant messages to the manager in charge of your repair. Do you need photos of your vehicle damage for an insurance company? Your friends and family? View and share professional photos of your vehicle as we return it to pre-collision condition.
Our site also includes information about the repair process, what to do after a collision, and links to nearly every major (and not so major) insurance company we have performed repairs for. This feature helps you understand the repair process, and allows you to understand exactly what our technicians are doing as you receive updates on your vehicle.
About our teams
Both locations are overseen by Mr. Kyle Shirley, Owner and President of Factory Spec Collision Centers. His years of industry experience have equipped him to develop a completely new and unique approach to the collision repair process. Each individual repair is performed through our own step by step process that ensures consistently superior results. His commitment to world class customer service is self evident. If you have your vehicle repaired at one of Factory Spec Collision Center's locations, the customer service you will receive will be second to none!
Our Crestview Location is managed by Mr. Dave Lyon. Dave grew up in the auto business, and has over 20 years of professional experience in production management. Dave has been trained and certified by the industry's largest paint suppliers, and he holds both ASE and I-Car certifications. With his comprehensive experience managing people and production, Dave is the perfect choice for managing your repair. By his side is his assistant manger Chris Barlow, who will be your primary point of contact. Chris and Dave are always available to address any of your questions or concerns.
Our Fort Walton Beach Location is managed by Mr. Mike Glass. Mike has been with us for just over a year, but has been managing a collision repair facility for over 10 years. In addition to 10 years managing a shop, Mike has also spent well over 10 years repairing and painting vehicles, at one point serving as the only painter for a very high-volume GM dealer's repair facility. A dynamic working manager, Mike's love for the industry means that you are as likely to find him in the shop with a body hammer in his hand as in the office with a phone. Like all of our staff, Mike was hand selected so that we can offer our customers the best possible experience during a difficult time for them. In Mike's own words, "I have always kept my focus on first class collision repairs, and exceeding the customer’s expectations of quality service."
